We are so excited to start February off with a new series called, "Get your craft on".
Every Monday we will share something paper crafting related such as DIY projects, and fun finds.
Today I am sharing my must have paper crafting goodies.
First on my list is the X-Acto paper cutter. This heavy-duty wood base paper trimmer with self-sharpening steel blade is the paper trimmer I have been using daily for over 5 years.
Second, the Martha Stewart scoring board scores crisp lines in seconds when creating invitations, envelopes, gift boxes, and more. This particular board makes it easy to score on the diagonal as well, which is a plus.
Third on my list is Spellbinders Nestabilities circles. I am SO particular about crisp and clean cuts which punches sometimes can't achieve. With these dies you get perfect crisp cut circles every time! Love these especially when I make cupcake toppers!!
Forth, the Sizzix Big Shot die cutting and embossing machine. This is the machine I use for my Spellbinders dies and other fun small die cut shapes.
Fifth on my list is a fun item that I like to have one hand when I want to add sparkle to a project. Ice Stickles by Ranger is a glitter glue leaves sparkle where it's suppose to be, on your project and not all over you!
Sixth on my list is glue dots. I am not partial to any one brand, but I always have a box or two of the small and medium sized dots on hand. Great for all kinds of crafts!!
Last but certainly not least, my most favorite pair of scissors EVER! Fiskars 5" soft grip scissors are small and extremely sharp and perfect for paper crafting. I have had mine for well over 5 years and absolutely LOVE them, they are still as sharp as the day I got them. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
What are your favorite craft essentials? Let us know, we would love to hear all about them.
